If you have placed the order on our website, but you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from placing the order on our website. And then, we will help you to cancel your order and full refund to you. Meanwhile, we will not charge any cost for this.

we process your order after 24 hours from placing the order on our website, and make the costume. However, if you need to want to cancel the order at this time, we can meet your requirements. But, we will charge 1/3 cost of costume, and we will refund you 2/3 cost of costume and shipping cost, under the principle of fair and just.
